Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management or project delivery.
• Experience in PMO or structured project governance environments.

Responsibilities

• Support construction execution planning for wastewater projects.
• Coordinate design-to-construction handover and constructability reviews.
• Support delivery of pumping stations, trunk mains, and networks.
• Implement PMO governance including templates, reporting, risk logs, and change control.
• Review contractor programmes and monitor progress against baselines.
• Coordinate across multiple stakeholders and contracts.
