Job summary

IFFCO Group in the United Arab Emirates seeks an Administrator for RM & PM Oils & Fats to manage deliveries, coordinate shipments, and maintain accurate inventory records. The role involves data entry, document preparation, and KPI monitoring to improve receiving efficiency and stock control.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in a warehouse role within FMCG, a Bachelor's degree, and strong data-entry skills with high attention to detail. Experience with SAP and Oracle is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse experience in FMCG industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant specialization.
• Strong data entry and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities on SAP.
• Review data for deficiencies and resolve discrepancies using standard procedures.
• Enter information on Oracle relating to Factory such as Warehouse.
• Maintain data entry requirements by following SOPs for Warehouse.
• Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; consolidate data from systems.
• Back up databases to secure information.
• Follow policies to maintain operations and report needed changes.
• Keep information confidential during operations.
