Job summary

Careers International is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager in Dubai to oversee storage, distribution, and inventory control. You will lead a team, coordinate with procurement and retail stores, and drive safe, efficient operations across receiving, put-away, picking and dispatch.

Responsibilities include improving processes, managing stock accuracy through cycle counts, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
• 10–12 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in retail (apparel or non-apparel).
• Proven leadership of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with WMS and inventory control software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, packing and dispatching.
• Lead and develop warehouse staff, including hiring and performance reviews.
• Ensure accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts and stock takes.
• Maintain health and safety standards and enforce compliance.
• Use WMS to optimize space, stock control, and picking/packing efficiency.
