Job summary

BFL Group is seeking a Senior Warehouse Supervisor to lead end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across inbound, outbound, storage and dispatch.

You will oversee multiple teams, drive process improvements, safeguard inventory integrity, and coordinate with logistics and procurement to meet service levels. Strong leadership and knowledge of WMS/ERP are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of warehouse experience, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or senior supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse best practices, inventory management, and WMS/ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management capabilities.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to operational priorities.
• Willingness to work flexible or rotational shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end warehouse operations across inbound, outbound, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
• Plan daily workloads, allocate manpower, and adjust resources to meet targets.
• Monitor KPIs such as productivity and accuracy; address performance gaps.
• Coach, train, and develop shift leaders and teams for high performance.
• Ensure safe, compliant operations and proper handling of goods.
