Job summary

Modon in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Warehouse Inventory Administrator to manage the central FM warehouse and site stores, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, issue and returns of spare parts and consumables while protecting stock from loss and expiry.

You will record transactions in Oracle, coordinate replenishment, maintain stock records and expiry lists, and liaise with Procurement, Operations and Logistics to keep materials available for FM operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in logistics, supply chain, business administration or related discipline.
• 8+ years of relevant warehouse, stores or inventory administration experience, preferably supporting FM/maintenance.
• Experience with Oracle inventory transactions or a comparable ERP system, and proficiency in Excel and inventory reporting.
• Understanding of spare parts and consumables, purchase and delivery documentation, stock counts, FIFO, expiry control and safe chemical storage.

Responsibilities

• Check deliveries against purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices; verify quantities, descriptions, brands, part numbers, labels, packaging, condition and expiry dates.
• Record accepted quantities and receiving transactions in Oracle; forward invoices to Finance per procedure.
• Maintain item records, stock locations, on-hand balances and transactions; update Oracle for all movements.
• Issue materials against Oracle move orders; follow FIFO and monitor expiry to minimise waste.
• Coordinate dispatch and collection with requestors; share daily receipt updates and maintain traceability.
