Job summary

KPMG Middle East is seeking an Associate Director for Wealth & Asset Management Consulting. You will lead regulatory transformation and enterprise risk initiatives for asset managers, private banks, and sovereign wealth clients in the Gulf region.

You will partner with C-suite executives, drive origination, and manage delivery teams, building the WAM practice in the Middle East. A strong Big 4 background and MENASA regional experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Risk & Regulatory Affairs, Financial Services Risk Consulting, Internal Audit, Compliance, or ERM.
• Experience in Big 4 or global consultancy.
• Strong background in Wealth Management, Asset Management, Private Banking, or related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale Risk & Regulatory Affairs engagements within the WAM sector.
• Advise boards and risk committees on regulatory expectations and governance practices.
• Deliver projects across ERM, operational risk, compliance, conduct risk, and financial crime controls.
• Manage client relationships and ensure delivery excellence across engagements.
• Oversee project scope, budgets, and team performance.
