Job summary

Mubadala seeks a senior ICFR and Financial Governance leader to design, implement, and mature its group-wide ICFR framework in line with COSO 2013. You will oversee control testing, remediation, attestation, and governance reporting across Mubadala Head Office and key investees.

You will partner with risk, internal audit, and external consultants while guiding a high-performing team. Travel to investee sites is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Lead the design and implementation of the Group ICFR framework under COSO 2013 across Mubadala entities.
• Oversee testing of design and operating effectiveness of controls and remediation tracking.
• Coordinate with risk, internal audit, and external consultants to ensure governance adequacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ICFR programme including risk scoping, control design, testing, and attestation.
• Monitor control deficiencies and drive remediation with senior management and ARCC.
• Manage relationships with investees, internal stakeholders, and external auditors.
