Job summary

Mubadala is seeking a seasoned finance professional in Abu Dhabi to lead corporate reporting, budgeting and financial control across platforms. You will partner with business units, consolidate plans and deliver timely management packs, while overseeing outsourced accounting and ICFR controls.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of experience, strong expertise in Oracle Fusion and Oracle EPM, and fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or business administration is required.
Qualified accountant with ACCA/ACA/CA/CPA certification preferred.
Minimum 8+ years' finance experience in management reporting, budgeting and financial control.

Responsibilities

Support monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting and budgeting for Platforms/Units.
Post accruals and reclassifications and update forecasts.
Provide financial insight and decision-support to management teams.
Manage outsourced bookkeeping operations across A/P, A/R, Fixed Assets and Cash Management.
Ensure ICFR controls and access reviews are maintained and documented.
Coordinate with internal teams to improve outsourced processes.
Assist in annual business planning and budget submissions.
Maintain governance documentation and evidence of reviews.
