Job summary

Mubadala seeks a senior ICFR and financial governance leader to drive the Group ICFR framework, oversee policy compliance, and manage the governance of controls across Mubadala Head Office and investees. The role emphasizes COSO 2013, SOX-style controls, risk-based scoping, remediation, and collaboration with external partners.

You will lead, train, and embed a strong control ownership culture, including managing attestations and reporting to ARCC and the Group CFO.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of ICFR/COSO principles and SOX-style control programmes.
• Ability to lead risk-based scoping, control design and testing, and remediation.
• Experience partnering with senior finance leadership across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and mature Mubadala's Group ICFR framework under COSO 2013.
• Oversee testing and deficiency remediation across entities and investees.
• Coordinate with external consultants and internal audit to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Travel to investee locations to review ICFR programmes as required.
