Job summary

Bespin Global MEA is seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and migrate our infrastructure automation platform. The role focuses on VMware automation with vRA, SaltStack, and the migration to Terraform and Ansible, requiring strong Linux/Windows administration and modern DevOps tooling.

The candidate will automate VM provisioning, build scalable workflows, and lead IaC efforts while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions and ongoing optimization

Qualifications

5–8+ years in DevOps, Infrastructure Automation, or Cloud Engineering.
VMware vCenter and vRealize Automation (vRA) are essential.
Terraform and Ansible are core tools for IaC and automation.
Linux and Windows OS administration capabilities are required.
Experience with IaC practices and modern DevOps tooling.

Responsibilities

Automate VM provisioning on VMware vCenter using vRA integrated with SaltStack.
Design and maintain scalable automation workflows for VM lifecycle management.
Integrate OS configuration and post-provisioning tasks using Salt/Ansible.
