Job summary

Quantum Talent Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Platform Engineer to architect, deploy, and support enterprise infrastructure across private, public, and hybrid cloud environments. You will automate deployment workflows using Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, or Chef and manage monitoring with Grafana, Prometheus, and Zabbix.

Lead engagements and collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure success. The role requires hands-on VMware, Linux, and Kubernetes expertise and residency in Abu Dhabi,

Qualifications

5+ years of professional IT experience, with at least 2 years in consulting, professional services, or customer delivery.
Strong hands-on proficiency in VMware virtualization, enterprise Linux administration, and Kubernetes containerization.
Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, or Chef.
Hands-on monitoring/observability with Grafana, Prometheus, or Zabbix.
Excellent client-facing communication and ability to lead technical engagements; on-site in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and support modern customer infrastructure across private, public, and hybrid clouds.
Manage and scale VMware infrastructure, Linux, Kubernetes, and containerized workloads.
Develop automation scripts with Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, or Chef.
Implement monitoring/logging using Grafana, Prometheus, or Zabbix.
Lead small-to-mid sized client engagements and deliver professional services.
