Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail experience in a store environment.
• 6 months to 1 year assisting in visual merchandising tasks.
• Understanding of planograms and store aesthetics.
• Ability to interpret brand guidelines to drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with maintenance and cleaning staff to uphold visual standards.
• Provide guidance and training to store staff on maintaining visual standards.
• Propose changes to improve shopping experience and maximize sales.
• Make recommendations based on customer feedback and sales data.
• Communicate deviations or challenges to the Visual Merchandiser.
• Create eye-catching displays incorporating commercial opportunities.
• Coordinate store displays in line with brand guidelines.
• Develop floor plans and maximize visual impact.
• Arrange merchandise, signage, fixtures and in-store layout.
• Take photographs of each merchandise display change.
• Use creative lighting for windows.
• Maximize placement of new lines and re-merchandise with trends.
• Create store layout according to categories.
• Ensure proper merchandising of items.
• Collect reviews and feedback of merchandise.
• Work with senior Visual Merchandising team and sales to achieve goals.
• Participate in pre-opening visits to ensure brand standards are followed.
• Conduct research of current market trends and lifestyle.
