Job summary

Unique Properties in Dubai seeks a highly creative Senior Videographer & Video Editor who can transform luxury properties, people, and ideas into visually captivating content. You will plan, shoot, and edit premium videos for luxury listings, brand campaigns, events, and social media, using AI-powered creativity and industry-standard tools.

A strong portfolio and mastery of Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve are required, with a track record of compelling storytelling for premium

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience in videography, video editing, and creative content production, ideally 4+ years.
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating cinematic editing, storytelling, and advanced post-production.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong knowledge of AI video generation and editing tools including Higgsfield and Claude.
• Experience with motion graphics, animation, visual effects, color grading, and sound design.
• Ability to develop original creative concepts independently and manage multiple projects.

What You'll Be Doing

• Cinematic Videography: Plan, direct, and execute premium video productions for luxury properties, lifestyle campaigns, corporate branding, events, and social media.


• Advanced Video Editing: Produce polished, engaging videos using cinematic transitions, sophisticated pacing, visual effects, and compelling narratives.


• AI-Powered Video Creation: Leverage tools such as Higgsfield, Claude, and other emerging AI platforms for concept development, video generation, creative enhancement, and innovative storytelling.


• Motion Graphics & Animation: Create dynamic animations, typography, motion graphics, and visually engaging effects using Adobe After Effects and related tools.


• Luxury Property Content: Produce exceptional property tours, listing videos, architectural showcases, and lifestyle-driven real estate campaigns.


• Social media & YouTube: Develop high-retention Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, and long-form YouTube content.


• Creative Direction: Develop original concepts, storyboards, scripts, and campaign ideas from initial brief through final delivery.


• Advanced Post-Production: Handle professional color grading, sound design, audio mixing, visual effects, and finishing.


• Brand Storytelling: Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams to create compelling content that strengthens Unique Properties' brand presence.

What We're Looking For

• Proven professional experience in videography, video editing, and creative content production, ideally 4+ years.


• An exceptional portfolio demonstrating cinematic editing, storytelling, creativity, and advanced post-production.


• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or DaVinci Resolve.


• Strong understanding of AI video generation and editing tools, including Higgsfield, Claude, and emerging creative AI technologies.


• Experience with motion graphics, animation, visual effects, color grading, and sound design.


• Ability to develop original creative concepts independently.


• Strong knowledge of professional cameras, lighting, composition, and production techniques.


• Experience creating engaging, platform-optimized social media content and long-form YouTube videos.


• Understanding of audience retention, visual hooks, editing rhythm, and social media trends.


• Experience producing luxury real estate, architecture, lifestyle, hospitality, or premium brand content is highly advantageous.


• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain exceptional creative standards.
