Job summary

Almira in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking a Production Lead for photography and videography to manage our creative team across property shoots, events, campaigns and branded content.

You will develop concepts, direct on-site shoots with lighting and talent, edit end-to-end (color, sound and delivery), produce short-form reels for social media, cover events, and maintain an organized asset library for the marketing team.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating photography and video production across property, events, and branded content.
• Hands-on with Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, After Effects and DaVinci Resolve or equivalent.
• Confident operating professional camera equipment, gimbals, and lighting setups.
• Creative thinker who can develop concepts independently, not just execute briefs.
• Organised and deadline-driven, able to manage multiple shoots and edits.
• UAE experience preferred, familiar with real estate visual standards and portal requirements.
• Very good English required; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead photography and videography across all entities and brands, including property shoots, events, campaigns, and branded content.
• Develop creative concepts for video and photo campaigns aligned with brand identity and objectives.
• Direct on-site shoots—managing lighting, composition, talent, and timing for high-quality output.
• Edit post-production end-to-end — colour grading, video editing, sound design, and final delivery across all required formats.
• Produce short-form video content (reels, stories, clips) optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Cover company events and brand activations, delivering edited content timely.
• Archive and maintain an organized library of all photo and video assets for the marketing team.
• Coordinate with Creative & Design teams on motion graphics or overlays for final output.

• Coordination Brief and coordinate with the Creative & Design team on any motion graphics or visual overlays needed for final output

5–8 years of professional photography and videography experience, ideally within real estate, luxury, or lifestyle
