Job summary

Richmond Properties is seeking a talented Video Editor to join our Dubai team. You will own post-production for property listings, social media content, and marketing campaigns, transforming raw footage into high-quality videos that showcase luxury properties and strengthen brand presence.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, a strong showreel across short-form and long-form formats, and expert skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects and color grading.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Strong portfolio of real estate or luxury property videos.
• Proficient in color correction/grading and audio editing.
• Experience with social media formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
• Ability to tell compelling stories through video content.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-production to edit raw footage into engaging videos for property listings, social media, marketing campaigns, paid ads, and brand content.
• Produce short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and long-form videos including property tours and agent showcases.
• Create targeted video ads for Meta, Google, and YouTube in collaboration with marketing.
• Perform end-to-end editing: footage selection, color grading, audio enhancement, motion graphics, subtitles, and branding.
• Format, export, and quality-check assets across vertical, square, and widescreen formats for social, web, and portals.
• Collaborate with videographers and marketing to agree on creative direction and streamline production workflows.
• Manage project timelines, asset libraries, templates, and stakeholder feedback to deliver multiple projects on schedule.
• Repurpose footage for new content opportunities and support corporate, recruitment, and internal communications video needs.

About Richmond Properties

Richmond Properties is looking for a talented, creative and commercially minded Video Editor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who understands how powerful video content can be in showcasing exceptional properties, strengthening brand presence and generating quality leads.

Working closely with our videography, social media and performance marketing teams, you will take ownership of the post-production process, transforming raw footage into high-quality, engaging video content for property listings, social media, digital advertising and wider marketing campaigns.

From luxury property tours and community showcases to scroll-stopping social media content and performance-driven video ads, you will play a key role in bringing Richmond Properties' brand and listings to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead post-production to edit raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos for property listings, social media, marketing campaigns, paid ads, and brand content.


• Produce short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) with strong hooks and long-form videos including property tours, community guides, interviews, and agent showcases.


• Create targeted video ads and creative variations for Meta, Google, and YouTube, collaborating with marketing to drive enquiries and engagement.


• Perform end-to-end editing: footage selection, colour grading, audio enhancement, motion graphics, subtitles, and branding alignment.


• Format, export, and quality-check assets across vertical, square, and widescreen formats for social, web, and portals.


• Collaborate with videographers and marketing teams to agree on creative direction, provide feedback on footage, and streamline production workflows.


• Manage project timelines, asset libraries, templates, and stakeholder feedback to deliver multiple projects on schedule.


• Repurpose footage for new content opportunities and support corporate, recruitment, and internal communications video needs.

The successful candidate may also be required to undertake other reasonable duties relevant to the role from time to time.

About you

We are looking for someone who combines strong creative instincts with technical expertise, commercial awareness and excellent organisational skills.

• 3+ years' professional experience in video editing, preferably in real estate, luxury property, architecture, or advertising.


• Strong portfolio featuring short-form social media content, property listing videos, and promotional ads.


• Advanced proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics (After Effects).


• Proficiency in colour correction/grading, audio mixing, dialogue editing, and sound design across various video formats.


• Technical expertise in codecs, aspect ratios, compression, frame rates, and export settings across different platforms.


• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for transcription, subtitling, and audio enhancement.


• Strong attention to detail with high standards for visual pacing, branding, typography, and narrative structure.
