Job summary

Estative is actively seeking a highly creative Videographer & Video Editor to independently produce engaging, high-quality video content for social media and campaigns in Dubai. We want a mind that transforms ideas into powerful visuals, not just someone who shoots and edits.

The role requires storytelling mastery, smart angles, and modern editing techniques to capture attention across social platforms, with hands-on production on-site at DIFC.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional videography and editing experience.
• Strong portfolio showing shooting and editing skills.
• Proficiency with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
• Experience with After Effects and motion graphics is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of lighting, framing, and audio recording.
• Proven ability to produce social media Reels and ads.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative video concepts, storyboards and shooting ideas.

• Use creative camera movements, angles, lighting and compositions to produce premium visuals.
• Edit videos with strong storytelling, engaging hooks, dynamic pacing, transitions, captions and sound design.
• Create short-form videos optimized for social media engagement and advertising performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional videography and video editing experience.
• Strong creative portfolio demonstrating both shooting and editing skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar software.
• Experience with After Effects, motion graphics and creative visual effects is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of lighting, framing, camera movement and audio recording.
• Proven experience creating engaging social media Reels and video advertisements.
• Ability to independently conceptualize, shoot and edit content.
• Strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail.
• Creative, proactive, fast and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Real estate, luxury lifestyle, commercial or interview production experience is an advantage.
