Responsibilities

Develop and execute the comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with goals.
Lead design and delivery of training programs for clinical and non-clinical staff.
Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare education standards and accreditation.
Oversee clinical education programs with medical and nursing leaders.
Drive leadership and talent development and high-potential programs.
Establish KPIs for training effectiveness and ROI.
