Qualifications

• Must hold a valid registered nurse license with the relevant regulatory health authority.
• Hold a valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support Provider card.
• Hold a post-graduate specialist qualification, diploma, degree, or masters in the specialty.
• Manage your own professional re-licensure.
• Be able to communicate clearly in English (spoken and written).
• Have experience within the specialist field.
• Desirable: able to communicate effectively in Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a learning culture amongst nurses, particularly in the specialist field.
• Be an expert registered nurse with advanced education, training or certification in the specialty.
• Be a role model and continuously improve safety and quality of care in the field.
• Be a member of the interprofessional team as a subject matter expert.
• Support and lead audit and data collection for KPIs and benchmarking.
• Support the nurse educator with training programs and needs analysis.
