Job summary

MultiBank Group, a global financial institution, is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to own and evolve our design system while delivering end-to-end user experiences across the core product suite. You will mentor team members and collaborate closely with frontend engineers to ensure a seamless handover and consistent design language.

The role emphasizes fintech expertise, strong Figma skills, and the ability to translate complex financial workflows into intuitive interfaces.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, with proven expertise in design systems.
• Strong hands-on in Figma, including variables, auto layout, and theming.
• Experience delivering fintech or data-heavy products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the design system, components, tokens, documentation, and governance.
• Design end-to-end experiences across core product suites from concept to pixel-perfect specs.
• Lead developer handover with precise annotations, states, edge cases, and responsive behavior.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers to align design and code, establish shared standards and language.
• Audit component consistency, identify gaps, and deprecate outdated elements.
• Mentor mid-level designers and contribute to design critiques and culture.
• Work with product managers and researchers to simplify complex financial workflows.
