Job summary

99BrightMinds is seeking a talented Product Designer (UX/UI) to join a leading banking project. You will design intuitive digital banking experiences across loans, credit cards, and retail banking solutions, collaborating with product managers, stakeholders, and development teams.

With 5+ years of experience in product, UX, and UI design for digital products, you will create journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, ensuring accessibility and adherence to design governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design and UI Design for digital products.
• Prior experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale digital banking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging experiences for digital banking products, particularly loans, credit cards, and retail banking solutions.
• Create and maintain user journeys, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
• Translate business requirements, customer needs, and product objectives into effective digital experiences.
• Apply UX/UI best practices, including responsive design, usability, accessibility, and interaction design principles.
• Conduct and support user research, usability testing, design validation, and journey analysis to improve product experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Communicate design concepts, decisions, and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency with established design systems, UI standards, and design governance practices.
• Contribute to enterprise-scale digital banking platforms and enhance customer journeys across financial products and services.
• Work effectively within Agile product teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate strong experience in Product Design, UX Design and UI Design for digital products.
• Bring previous experience within the banking or financial services sector, preferably working on loans, credit cards, or similar retail banking products.
• Possess strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period is highly preferred.
