Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of total experience in Utilities.
• Minimum 8 years in a similar performance management role.
• Demonstrated experience in KPI management, reporting, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage project KPI frameworks aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze KPI performance, trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare accurate performance reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Establish performance measurement methodologies, targets, and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with project, operations, and management teams to drive accountability and improvement.
• Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analytics and insights.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of project and organizational performance.
• Provide management with actionable recommendations based on KPI analysis.
