Job summary

Enova by Veolia seeks an Assistant Manager to drive operational excellence across its UAE facilities. You will lead performance dashboards, KPI frameworks, and innovation programs to support the company’s strategy and objectives.

Responsibilities include reviewing site performance against KPIs, analyzing trends, preparing detailed reports with root-cause insights, and coordinating with leadership on improvements and action plans. Strong analytics and Power BI expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, data analytics or related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• Certifications in Power BI or analytics are advantageous.
• Experience with CMMS/CAFM systems (Maximo, MRI Evolution).
• Strong analytical, problem solving and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Review site operational performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Analyze trends, variations, and patterns to identify improvements.
• Prepare detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain KPI definitions, data sources, and targets.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings and track corrective actions.
• Support data-driven decision making for site managers.
