• Develop, implement, and manage project KPI frameworks aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze KPI performance, trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare accurate performance reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Establish performance measurement methodologies, targets, and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with project, operations, and management teams to drive accountability and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage project and operational KPI frameworks aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze KPI performance, trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare accurate and insightful performance reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Establish performance measurement methodologies, targets, and reporting standards.
• Work closely with project, operational, and management teams to drive accountability and performance improvement.
• Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Business, Data Analytics, or an equivalent relevant discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of total professional experience in Utilities.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a similar performance management role.
• Demonstrated experience in KPI management, performance reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proven ability to interpret complex performance data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience working in a project-driven utilities environment is highly desirable.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE and have relevant utilities/performance management experience.
