TOJGAMES in Dubai is seeking two senior Unity developers to design and optimize gameplay, multiplayer, and performance across iOS and Android. You will own features end-to-end, review code, and mentor mid-level developers, reporting to the Technical Director.

Join a fast-moving studio building Traffic Racer Open World; you’ll work with designers and QA to ship polished updates, tune physics, and ensure smooth cross-platform performance.

Competenze

• 5+ years of professional Unity (C#) development.
• Shipped at least one mobile game on iOS and Android.
• Solid experience in gameplay, multiplayer, performance and platforms.
• Strong gameplay programming skills: physics, input, cameras, state management and UI.
• Real-time multiplayer experience (Photon PUN or Fusion, Netcode for GameObjects, Mirror or similar).
• Experience optimizing mobile games, with measurable before/after results.
• Strong command of profiling tools: Unity Profiler, Memory Profiler, Xcode Instruments or Android GPU Inspector.
• Experience with IL2CPP and native iOS/Android builds.
• Clean, maintainable code and solid debugging skills.
• Good English (spoken and written): it's our working language.
