Job summary

TOJGAMES in Dubai is seeking a senior Unity (C#) developer to lead the development of Traffic Racer Open World. You will own the technical direction, drive architecture decisions, and oversee the live game with millions of players on iOS and Android.

The role is hands-on, with 1/3 to 1/2 of time coding and solving the toughest problems while coordinating with company leadership to set priorities and timelines. Strong English and mobile performance experience are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional Unity (C#) development experience required.
• Shipped at least two mobile free-to-play games on iOS and Android and supported them as live games after launch.
• Experience leading development teams including architecture decisions, code review, planning and hiring.
• Deep knowledge of mobile performance, profiling, memory and IL2CPP.
• Hands-on experience with native iOS and Android builds (Xcode, Gradle) and integrating third-party SDKs.
• Clear written communication: ability to write a technical plan readable by team and leadership.
• Strong English communication skills; English is the working language.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction of the game: architecture, tech stack and roadmap.
• Lead, hire and grow the development team.
• Translate product priorities into technical plans, estimates and release schedules.
• Maintain game performance and stability on real devices, including low-end Android phones.
• Own the build and release process for iOS and Android, including store requirements.
• Set code quality standards: code reviews, testing and documentation.
• Write code and solve the hardest technical problems.
