AHS is seeking a Mortgage Advisor in Dubai to lead in-house financing support for our sales team and clients. You will assess eligibility, match buyers with UAE bank products, and manage applications from pre‑approval to registration and handover.

Ideal candidates will have UAE mortgage experience, a track record closing cases, and fluency in English. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and a valid UAE driving license, with strong ties to banks and developers.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, banking, business or a related field.
• Proven experience as a mortgage advisor or consultant in the UAE.
• Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Meet buyers (residents, non‑residents, HNW) to assess income, eligibility and financing needs.
• Explain mortgage options, rates, fees, LTV limits and the buying process clearly.
• Prepare and submit complete applications and follow up with banks until final offers are issued.
