We are currently seeking an experienced Legal Adviser to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Legal Adviser, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to our clients in the UAE. This position is open to Egyptian candidates who have a strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance on various matters including corporate law, labor law, and commercial contracts.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions for clients.
• Prepare and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies.
• Represent clients in court proceedings if necessary.
