Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years UAE construction experience.
• Experience in commercial construction, fit-out or facility management is a plus.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from planning through completion.
• Oversee project execution with focus on quality, safety and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Monitor schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with specifications and company standards.
• Resolve project issues and implement effective solutions.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Lead site coordination and maintain efficient operations.
