JobLeader in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead end-to-end building projects. You will oversee planning, budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and subcontractor oversight in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires proven site leadership, blueprints reading, strong organizational skills, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. This on-site position offers growth and professional training with health insurance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Construction Manager or similar role.
• Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
• Comprehensive knowledge of building processes including foundations, walls etc.
• Excellent organizational skills with a good eye for detail.
• Ability to read blueprints/drawings is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from start to finish
• Monitor progress on site and report to senior management
• Develop plans and strategies for each project
• Manage the budget and ensure completion within allotted time frame and cost
• Monitor safety regulations and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, workers and other professionals involved in the project
• Maintain records of project progress, materials used etc.
