Construction Manager vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This individual will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of construction projects from beginning to end. The successful candidate will be able to manage all aspects of construction projects including budgeting, planning, scheduling, and oversight of subcontractors and other personnel. The Construction Manager must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both clients and contractors. A thorough knowledge of construction processes is required, as well as experience in handling large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience managing budgets. The Construction Manager will be responsible for preparing detailed project plans, budgets, progress reports, estimates, and other documents related to the project. They must also ensure that all safety regulations are adhered to onsite at all times. The successful candidate should also have the ability to lead a team of workers and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget. We offer a competitive salary of 1200 AED per month for this role. Although experience is preferred, we are open to considering applicants who may not have direct work experience in this field but who possess a strong desire to learn quickly and grow professionally with us.
