Position Summary

Unitek General Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for a highly motivated construction professional with extensive UAE experience in managing commercial construction projects from planning through successful completion.

The successful candidate will oversee project execution, coordinate with clients and project stakeholders, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards. Experience in fit‑out or facility management projects will be considered an added advantage.

Skills & Experience Required

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred); minimum 8 years of relevant UAE experience, with strong experience in commercial construction highly preferred (fit-out or facility management experience also considered).
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of project execution, site coordination, timelines, and budgets; proven ability to manage projects from planning through completion.
• Core Competencies: Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory); strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
