Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC is seeking a driven Architectural Site Supervisor to oversee on-site activities in Abu Dhabi.

The role ensures execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, design intent, and project requirements, coordinating with civil, structural, MEP and interior teams. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture with at least 3 years of site experience, strong understanding of construction drawings and quality procedures, and UAE/GCC site exposure is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of architectural site experience.
• Understanding of construction drawings and quality procedures.
• UAE/GCC site experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural works with civil, structural, MEP and interior teams.
• Review shop drawings and submittals.
• Monitor site execution, finishes and dimensional accuracy.
• Raise RFIs, site queries and inspections.
• Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors.
• Maintain inspection records and support snagging and handover.
