Job summary

Al-Futtaim seeks a Manager in Financial Controlling to drive policy development, internal controls, and financial process excellence. You will advise on IAS/IFRS, implement new accounting policies, and lead AI-driven automation initiatives across Group Finance.

The role requires strong analytical skills, SAP experience, and at least five years in a supervisory finance role within a large organization. You will collaborate with Shared Services and BU Finance for accurate close and reporting.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (CA/ACCA or equivalent).
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a large organization at supervisory level.
• Strong analytical and process-oriented skills with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and exposure to SAP BW/BPC/SAC.

Responsibilities

• Support in developing Financial Internal Controls and policy standardization.
• Draft divisional accounting policies and implement through technical analysis.
• Provide accounting training on IAS/IFRS and policies to finance teams.
• Guide complex accounting judgments and stay updated on standards.
• Lead adoption of AI and automation tools in divisional controlling.
• Coordinate with Shared Services and BU Finance for close processes.
• Drive balance sheet substantiation and periodic reviews.
• Support external audits and align with audit programs.
