Job summary

Rakbank in the United Arab Emirates seeks an accomplished Treasury Sales professional to drive revenue across FX, derivatives, and structured products for Business Banking clients. You will structure and price solutions, advise clients, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure policy-compliant execution.

Ideal candidates have deep market knowledge, strong relationship skills, and a track record of growing a high-value Treasury portfolio within UAE markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related discipline.
• MBA, ACI qualification, or another relevant professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and turnover across FX, derivatives, gold, structured deposits, and other Treasury products.
• Identify sales opportunities within the Business Banking customer portfolio.
• Actively market Treasury solutions to new and existing clients.
• Structure, price, and execute vanilla and exotic derivative products.
• Coordinate with internal teams to establish customer limits and obtain required approvals.
• Monitor markets and provide market views, pricing insights, and hedging strategies.
• Partner with Relationship Managers to identify client opportunities and deliver tailored Treasury proposals.
