Job summary

Client of Global Human Capital Group in Dubai seeks a Transformation Project Manager to lead business initiatives from initiation to realization, defining scope, deliverables and timelines while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

You will identify and mitigate risks, drive change management, and ensure delivery on time, within budget and of high quality, leveraging strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Experience in managing business transformation projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage business transformation projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans defining scope deliverables timelines and resource requirements.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues implementing mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project progress updates and challenges to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Drive change management initiatives and ensure adoption of new processes.
• Monitor project performance and make adjustments as needed.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and to the required quality standards.
