Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Strategic Initiatives Portfolio Management across Retail and Business Banking.
• Establish governance, prioritize and track performance and outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional transformation programs with stakeholders.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships and provide actionable updates.
• Drive customer experience improvements and operational efficiency.
• Oversee change management, adoption, and capability building.
• Manage the team according to ADCB policies and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and service standards.
