Job summary

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank is seeking an ambitious professional to lead digital channel development within the Retail Banking Group in Abu Dhabi. The role centers on delivering cross-channel projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and measurable customer impact.

You will manage a team, collaborate with stakeholders and drive continuous improvement across internet, mobile, and other digital platforms, while upholding high standards of service and delivery within UAE banking norms.

Qualifications

6+ years delivering projects with alternate delivery channels in banking.
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
Prince II / PMI / Agile certification or equivalent.
Knowledge of web channels and mobile technologies.
Strong planning, analytical and time-management skills.
Written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Digital Channel Development and Implementation across internet, mobile, tablet, SMS and wearable platforms.
Digital Channel Usage and Reporting including onboarding, usage, migration and KPI analysis.
Quality Certification, Audit and Compliance with ISO standards for internet/mobile banking and product development.
People Management: lead and develop the project team in line with ADCB policies.
Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures: implement and ensure adherence across the department.
Continuous Improvement: motivate the team to drive change initiatives and projects.
Customer Service: uphold ADCB Service Standards in all interactions.
