Job summary

ADCB in Dubai seeks a Senior Relationship Manager - Business Banking to lead transactional banking relationships with corporate clients and drive revenue through working capital solutions.

The role requires at least 6 years in transaction banking, a bachelor’s degree, and a proven track record of meeting targets. Flexible and remote options are offered alongside a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is a mandatory requirement.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in a transaction banking environment with revenue targets.
• Knowledge of Transaction Banking products, industry, freight forwarding, marine insurance, Treasury Management and related law.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Transaction Banking marketing action plan to target corporate UAE clients and manage working capital to hit targets.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Structured Trade, Investment Banking and Operations to maximize cross-sell opportunities and ensure service levels.
• Liaise with clients, provide advice on complex Transaction Banking solutions and resolve issues.
• Cross-sell other products to meet current and future needs.
• Provide Transaction Banking solutions training to Corporate Relationship Managers.
• Adhere to policies and SOPs to deliver consistent service.
