Job summary

ADCB is seeking a Senior Virtual Relationship Officer to manage a Business Aspire client portfolio through structured virtual engagement. You will build deep client understanding, maintain contact plans, and support onboarding with cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue while ensuring risk and compliance requirements are met.

The role emphasizes digital onboarding, CRM usage, and regular activity reviews, with flexible remote working options and a focus on client satisfaction and portfolio

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in relationship management, focus on business banking.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
• Certified Financial Planner or CFA-equivalent.
• Experience with business banking products and relationship management.
• Virtual and digital client servicing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of Business Banking Aspire clients through structured virtual engagement and in-depth understanding of their business and service needs.
• Maintain regular contact plans, review activity, respond to inquiries, and record interactions for client satisfaction and portfolio performance.
• Identify and progress new client opportunities via virtual channels and onboarding in line with processes.
• Review existing relationships to identify cross-sell opportunities and recommend products/services to support revenue growth.
• Conduct structured needs analysis using client data to identify banking solutions.
• Promote and guide use of digital banking channels and self-service options.
• Prepare and submit credit applications with accurate information and collaborate with risk/compliance teams.
• Ensure compliance with AML/KYC and regulatory requirements.
