Job summary

Gate is seeking a Senior Product Manager / Lead for Trading (Spot & Derivatives) to own and elevate the trading product line. You will bridge market mechanics with a high-performance UI/UX, leading a product team to define strategy across spot, futures, and options.

You will shape the roadmap, drive data-informed decisions, and craft partnerships to grow assets and ensure the platform remains the top choice for traders worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management in internet/fintech, with at least 2 years in a management role within financial services.
• Domain knowledge of Spot, Futures, and Options trading logic and ecosystem.
• Proven track record delivering complex financial products from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Define the product roadmap for the trading vertical bridging spot, futures and options.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from user research to interface design.
• Develop partnerships to enrich trading resources and strategies.
• Monitor real-time trading risks and build contingency plans for volatility.
• Lead and mentor the product team with clear KPIs and career guidance.
• Build data monitoring systems to translate insights into product improvements.
