Job summary

Confidential Jobs in Dubai seeks an experienced Engineering Product Lead – Trading Platforms to steer the product direction, technical delivery and ongoing evolution of our trading platform ecosystem. This senior role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering and Trading.

You will translate complex business and trading requirements into scalable, resilient technology solutions and own the roadmap across MT4/MT5, pricing engines, APIs, execution workflows and market infrastructure.

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading products or platforms in trading technology.
Strong knowledge of MT4/MT5 ecosystems and modern web/mobile trading.
Experience with FIX, APIs, trading middleware and third-party integrations.

Responsibilities

Define and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the organisation’s trading platforms and associated technology ecosystem.
Translate business, trading and client requirements into clearly defined product capabilities, technical requirements and delivery priorities.
Own the product lifecycle from concept and requirements through engineering delivery, launch, adoption and continuous improvement.
Develop platform capabilities that improve trading experience, execution quality, scalability, operational efficiency and commercial performance.
Identify opportunities for platform modernisation, automation and product innovation.
Establish clear KPIs and use platform, client and operational data to guide product decisions and prioritisation.
