Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in fintech and brokerage.
• Familiarity with AI tech (e.g., Claude, agent frameworks) to vet feasible solutions.
• Ability to work with APIs, databases, and system architecture.
• Experience with data-driven prioritization frameworks such as RICE, Kano, or similar.
• Strong communication translating business goals into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap for trading product areas.
• Own backlog, write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, and Operations for releases.
• Lead internal rollouts and training to drive adoption.
• Define success metrics and optimize via data and feedback.
• Ensure regulatory alignment with Compliance and Risk teams.
