Job summary

Emirates Investment Bank pjsc seeks an experienced trader with a track record across equities, fixed income, derivatives, and forex. You will execute client and proprietary trades, support onboarding and KYC, and perform market research to enhance decision-making and execution efficiency.

The role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, and regulatory compliance, with flexibility for late U.S. market hours or shifting coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
• Pursuing or completed professional qualification such as CFA or FRM preferred.
• Deep understanding of financial markets, instruments, and trading strategies.
• Completed the SCA required courses for trading in the markets.

Responsibilities

• Execute client and prop trades across asset classes with accuracy and best execution.
• Develop and implement trading strategies to outperform benchmarks and hit ratios.
• Monitor open orders and provide timely status updates and summaries.
• Support onboarding of counterparties and KYC, ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate settlements with brokers and custodians; resolve settlement issues.
