Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Basic familiarity with trading platforms and order management systems.
• Understanding of market terminology and order types.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process client orders through approved channels.
• Support execution of trades under supervision via authorised trading systems.
• Input and maintain trade orders accurately in the system.
• Verify client identity and ensure proper documentation before trade execution.
• Check availability of client funds and highlight discrepancies to the Manager.
• Assist in confirming executed trades with clients within required timelines.
• Maintain proper records and filing of trade-related documentation.
• Assist in preparing daily trade summaries and reports for internal teams.
• Monitor transactions for accuracy and escalate discrepancies or errors.
• Support in handling client queries and basic service requests in line with company standards.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and compliance guidelines.
• Coordinate with back-office, operations, and compliance teams for smooth processing.
• Stay updated on basic market movements and trading practices.
• Perform administrative and coordination tasks as required by the Trading Manager.
