Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Automation Leader to drive innovation and optimization in AMET supply chain operations, leveraging AWS and SCOT technologies.

The role focuses on identifying and delivering automation solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, mentor senior supply chain leaders, and govern end-to-end automation projects with strong stakeholder management and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automation strategy aligned with supply chain goals across AMET using AWS and SCOT.
• Lead full lifecycle of automation projects, including requirements, timelines, budgets, resources and risks.
• Research and evaluate AWS technologies (e.g., SageMaker, Rekognition, Lambda) to meet needs; design scalable automation solutions.
