Job summary

UL Research in the United Arab Emirates offers a Senior Time Attendance Exception Specialist role operating remotely. You will oversee timekeeping accuracy, investigate attendance discrepancies, and ensure payroll data integrity across HR systems.

You will collaborate with HR, payroll, operations, and workforce management to maintain accurate attendance records, strengthen controls, and improve processes. Strong Excel and HRIS experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
Significant experience in time and attendance administration.
Strong understanding of payroll processes and HRIS systems.
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups.

Responsibilities

Identify missing, inconsistent, duplicate, or unusual time entries.
Review attendance exceptions (missed punches, incomplete shifts, incorrect entries).
Investigate discrepancies among timesheets, biometric records, and systems.
Validate adjustments with supporting documents and approvals.
Monitor late arrivals, early departures, and extended breaks for accuracy.
Coordinate with HR, payroll, and operations to resolve discrepancies.
Prepare attendance reports and dashboards for management.
