Job summary

Atribs Metscon Group is seeking an experienced Functional QA Lead for Mobile Banking. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end functional testing, API validation, and defect management across digital banking applications in an Agile environment.

Strong banking knowledge and bachelor-level understanding of complex business processes are required. You will prepare test artifacts, drive test strategies, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases in a banking domain

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of Functional Testing experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of Digital Banking or Mobile Banking testing experience.
• Strong understanding of Banking products and customer journeys.
• Experience in complex enterprise applications involving multiple integrated systems.
• Strong knowledge of STLC and SDLC.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.

Responsibilities

• Analyze BRD, FRS, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• Participate in requirement clarification with BA and PO.
• Prepare Test Strategy, Test Plan, and Test Estimation.
• Identify functional and non-functional test scenarios.
• Design test cases with full requirement traceability.
• Execute Functional, Integration, System, Regression, Smoke tests and UAT support.
• Perform API validation using Postman or SOAP UI.
• Log defects in JIRA and perform root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with Developers, BAs, POs and DevOps for resolution.
• Support SIT, UAT and Production deployments.
