Job summary

Synechron in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Test Lead / Channel Testing Specialist for Corporate Banking, with 10+ years of experience in end-to-end testing of digital channels, payments, and core banking integrations.

You will lead API, integration, UAT, and regression testing, drive testing strategy, and collaborate with business, product, and client teams to ensure high-quality delivery and successful go-lives.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading QA for corporate banking digital channels.
• Strong knowledge of API, integration, and core banking testing.
• Proven ability to drive test strategy and UAT support.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing activities for Corporate Channel implementations.
• Manage test strategy, planning, execution, and defect tracking.
• Validate banking workflows across payments, cash management, and card modules.
• Perform API, integration, and core banking interface testing.
• Collaborate with business, product, and client teams to ensure quality delivery.
• Support go-live activities and post-production testing.
