Ideal candidates bring 14+ years in test automation, Selenium/Java with BDD, cloud readiness, and experience coordinating multi-vendor, on/offshore projects within a banking environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in test automation, DevOps and CICD pipelines.
• Hands-on with Selenium, Cucumber, Java, VB and IBM tooling.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD in Kubernetes environments.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and implement enterprise-grade test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Embed AI-enabled validation, intelligent test generation, and failure analysis.
• Develop automation, RPA and AI-driven solutions across service lines.
• Evaluate and adopt automation tools including UiPath and AI components.
• Lead automation platforms supporting scalable, data-driven automation.
• Coordinate between offshore/onshore teams and multiple vendors.
