Job summary

Qualitykiosk is seeking a Test Manager for Finacle 11x implementation in the UAE. You will lead end-to-end QA strategy for a large-scale core banking transformation, focusing on retail banking modules and international funds transfers, while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires 12+ years in IT with at least 5 years in QA leadership, strong governance for SIT/UAT/Regression/Performance, and effective stakeholder management with onshore and offshore teams. On-site in Dubai.

Qualifications

• 12+ years overall IT experience with at least 5 years in QA management.
• Extensive experience in testing Finacle 11x modules for Retail Banking.
• Knowledge of UAE/GCC regulatory standards and banking reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a comprehensive testing framework for the Finacle 11x rollout.
• Lead SIT, UAT, regression and performance testing and align milestones with PMO and CXO timelines.
• Oversee migration and integration testing between Finacle and peripheral banking systems.
• Manage onshore and offshore testers and present progress at SteerCo meetings.
